I remember this spot. We had a top quality beer and a rare slab of chocolate before descending down to Kariba Dam through the game reserve and the pouring rain. We were warned all the time about lions but did not see any... Although that doesn't mean they did not see us. They were probably put off by two smelly cyclists!
I hope I have got it all right this time. This is just to tell you that we saw Beryl a few days ago & were very pleased to witness her lovely smile & her efforts to speak. We are sure she knew who we are & a staff member suggests that she is progressing well with her speech efforts. It seems like "slow but sure".We went to see her today but she was sleeping. We hope your travelling is progressing as it should & health stays good. Love from us both. D&E
